How Create & Inspire

Organisation Started

Create & Inspire Organisation LBG was born out of a deep passion for helping children unlock their full potential. It all started with a simple realization—too many children, especially in underprivileged communities, struggle to dream beyond their circumstances. They lack guidance, mentorship, and access to opportunities that could shape their future.

A group of educators, mentors, and community leaders saw this challenge firsthand. They met children who had the talent, drive, and ambition but lacked the support and encouragement to pursue their dreams. It became clear that mentorship, skill development, and community support could change the trajectory of these young lives.

Turning a Vision into Reality

What started as small mentorship sessions and training workshops quickly grew into something bigger. We realized that empowering children isn’t just about education—it’s about nurturing confidence, providing opportunities, and fostering a community that believes in their potential.

With this vision in mind, Create & Inspire Organisation LBG was officially launched—a space where children could be inspired, mentored, and equipped with the skills to dream big, work hard, and achieve their goals.

Our First Steps

We began by organizing small community mentorship programs, where professionals and role models shared their stories and guided children on their journey.
We introduced skill-building workshops in education, leadership, and creativity to help children discover and develop their talents.
We partnered with schools and local organizations to reach more children and provide them with training, support, and resources.

Where We Are Now

Today, Create & Inspire Organisation LBG continues to grow, impacting more lives through mentorship, community outreach, and development programs. Our goal is simple: to transform lives through love, care, and opportunities for growth.
We started with a dream—to inspire children to believe in themselves. Now, we’re building a movement that empowers the next generation to create a brighter future.
