On 7th February 2026, Create & Inspire Organisation LBG took another meaningful step toward its mission of creating opportunities for young people and inspiring the future. The organisation conducted a practical training on liquid soap making for students of Bishop Girls Basic School, located in Accra Central. The training session brought together approximately 40 enthusiastic girls, all eager to learn a new and valuable skill. With the dedicated support of two volunteers, the students were guided step-by-step through the process of producing liquid soap, from understanding the materials and measurements to mixing, safety practices, and packaging basics. The session was graced by the presence of the Executive Director, Mrs. Cynthia Labram, whose commitment to empowering young people continues to drive the organisation’s impactful programmes. Her presence motivated the students and reinforced the importance of skill development as a pathway to independence and opportunity. Beyond learning how to make liquid soap, the training provided students with practical entrepreneurial exposure. They gained knowledge that can help them support hygiene practices at home, develop small income-generating activities in the future, and build confidence in their ability to create something useful with their own hands. The atmosphere throughout the training was lively and engaging. Students actively participated, asked thoughtful questions, and demonstrated excitement as they watched their mixtures transform into finished products. The experience was not only educational but also empowering. This initiative reflects Create & Inspire Organisation’s ongoing commitment to equipping young people, especially girls, with life skills, practical knowledge, and confidence that extend beyond the classroom. By introducing hands-on training opportunities, the organisation continues to nurture creativity, independence, and future readiness among students. As the session concluded, the smiles, curiosity, and sense of accomplishment among the girls stood as clear evidence of the programme’s impact. It was another successful step toward building a generation of capable, confident, and inspired young leaders.
Outreach to Echoing Hills Village
On 26th October 2025, Create & Inspire Organisation LBG carried out a heartfelt outreach to Echoing Hills Village, an orphanage dedicated to caring for children with disabilities located in Madina, Accra. The visit reflected the organisation’s commitment to extending love, dignity, and practical support to vulnerable children in the community. From the moment the team arrived, the atmosphere was filled with warmth and genuine connection. The visit was not only about giving but it was about sharing moments of joy, presence, and encouragement with the children and caregivers who make Echoing Hills Village a place of care and belonging. As part of the outreach, the organisation donated shirts, dresses, shoes, and a cash contribution to support the daily needs of the home. These items were thoughtfully provided to help improve the comfort and wellbeing of the children while also supporting the caregivers in their ongoing work. Beyond the donations, the visit created meaningful opportunities for interaction. Conversations, shared smiles, and moments of laughter reminded everyone present of the power of human connection. The experience reinforced a simple but profound truth: compassion expressed through action can uplift hearts and strengthen communities. This outreach forms part of Create & Inspire Organisation’s broader mission to transform lives through care, inclusion, and empowerment. Dubai Summer Adventure 2025; A Maiden Trip by Create & Inspire Organisation LBG
The summer of 2025 will forever be remembered as a defining chapter in the story of Create & Inspire Organisation LBG. With our mission deeply rooted in expanding the minds and horizons of young people, we embarked on an ambitious journey—the Dubai Summer Adventure 2025. This was not merely a trip; it was a carefully crafted experience designed to spark curiosity, nurture ambition, and create lasting memories. Our journey began in Ghana, filled with the excitement and anticipation of what awaited us. The group, led by our ever-passionate founder, was brimming with energy as we boarded the flight bound for Dubai. Upon arrival, the warm Arabian breeze welcomed us, and our hosts met us with cheerful smiles. The first day was one of gentle settling in—checking into our hotel, taking in the impressive skyline, and resting for the adventures ahead. The second day marked the beginning of our true exploration. We ventured into the heart of Downtown Dubai, where the magnificent Burj Khalifa rose high into the clouds, standing as a testament to human possibility. Standing at its heights, we could not help but reflect on our own dreams, realising that no ambition is too tall to achieve. We explored the Dubai Mall, a city within a city, where luxury and creativity blend seamlessly. The day ended with the mesmerising Dubai Fountain Show, a dance of water and light that captured our hearts and left us in awe. The next day took us far from the glass towers into the warm embrace of the Dubai desert. Here, our spirits soared as we experienced dune bashing, camel rides, and the rhythms of traditional performances under the golden sunset. The Desert Safari was more than an adventure—it was a lesson in resilience and beauty, a reminder of how life can thrive even in the most challenging environments. On the fourth day, we shifted from thrill to tradition. At Dubai Creek, we traced the roots of the city’s history, learning how this modest waterway once sustained a bustling trading community. Our evening Dhow Cruise was both peaceful and educational, with the calm waters reflecting the dazzling lights of modern Dubai. It was a perfect metaphor for the city itself—a balance between old and new, tradition and innovation. Nature’s wonders awaited us on the fifth day at the Dubai Miracle Garden. With millions of flowers arranged into breathtaking displays, it felt as though we had stepped into a fairytale. The garden offered a space for reflection, a pause in the busyness of our journey to appreciate life’s simple yet profound beauty. The sixth day was devoted to exploration of another kind—shopping. From the modern elegance of Deira Mall and the Dubai Mall, to the vibrant charm of the Gold Souk and Spice Souk, we immersed ourselves in Dubai’s unique retail culture. We discovered the artistry of jewellery making, the rich aromas of spices, and the joy of connecting with local merchants. Finally, the seventh day arrived—a bittersweet farewell. As we boarded our flight back to Ghana, the weight of our experiences began to sink in. We were returning home with far more than souvenirs; we carried new perspectives, strengthened friendships, and the inspiration to dream bigger. The Dubai Summer Adventure 2025 was not just a trip abroad—it was an investment in the minds and hearts of the youth. Every moment, from standing atop the Burj Khalifa to cruising along the Dubai Creek, was designed to inspire courage, creativity, and ambition. As an organisation, we believe these are the seeds from which future leaders grow. And so, our story continues—because for Create & Inspire Organisation LBG, every journey is a step towards creating, and every experience is a spark that inspires.
Empowering Young Minds – Club Meeting at Hillview Montessori
The atmosphere at Hillview Montessori School was filled with excitement and purpose as the Create & Inspire Organisation LBG hosted a memorable club meeting for its young members. Under the leadership of the organisation’s founder, Cynthia Nana Yaa Labram, and the support of several committed club leaders, the meeting served as a platform for holistic development, confidence-building, and life-changing learning. The event was thoughtfully designed to nurture the physical, emotional, and intellectual growth of the students through interactive and practical activities. The programme featured five main activities, each of which was intentionally structured to impart essential life skills. The day began with a cooking competition, an activity that blended fun with functionality. Students were grouped and tasked with preparing simple but healthy meals using locally available ingredients. The experience taught them the importance of nutrition and hygiene in food preparation. It also encouraged creativity, collaboration, and time management—skills that are vital not just in the kitchen, but in everyday life. For many students, it was a rare opportunity to take ownership, make decisions, and work together towards a common goal, boosting their sense of independence and self-worth. Following this was a plastic recycling session, aimed at educating the students on environmental conservation and sustainability. They were taught how to collect, sort, and find new uses for plastic waste. This activity opened their eyes to the environmental issues facing their communities and the role they can play in addressing them. It encouraged innovation and a sense of responsibility towards their environment. By engaging in this exercise, the students began to see waste not as a problem, but as an opportunity to be part of the solution—an important lesson in becoming environmentally conscious citizens. Another highlight of the day was the group presentation on personal hygiene. Divided into smaller teams, students were given topics such as dental care, bathing, and hand and nail hygiene. They researched, prepared, and confidently presented their findings to their peers. This activity was significant for several reasons: it reinforced good hygiene practices, enhanced public speaking and teamwork skills, and created a platform for peer-to-peer learning. As they taught one another, the students also strengthened their own understanding of what it means to take care of oneself, both physically and mentally. One of the most impactful moments came during the presentation on menstruation. Led in a safe, inclusive, and respectful space, this session provided accurate information on menstrual health and hygiene. It especially empowered the girls to embrace their bodies with confidence and take care of themselves without shame. Boys were also included in the conversation to encourage empathy and mutual respect. The session worked to demystify menstruation, challenge existing stigmas, and promote a supportive school environment for all students. The final activity of the day was a practical lesson in proper handwashing techniques. This simple yet vital skill was demonstrated and practised under supervision, reinforcing the importance of hygiene in preventing illness. The children were taught not just when to wash their hands, but how to do it effectively. While basic, this lesson is critical in fostering habits that contribute to healthier lifestyles and communities. In reflection, the club meeting at Hillview Montessori was a purposeful journey of growth, awareness, and empowerment. The carefully selected activities tackled important themes such as health, environment, gender sensitivity, and practical life skills. Through their participation, students not only acquired knowledge but also developed a stronger sense of responsibility, self-esteem, and community awareness. The tireless efforts of the Create & Inspire leadership team, this meeting was a testament to the organisation’s commitment to transforming young lives. It is through initiatives like these that Create & Inspire Organisation LBG continues to sow seeds of hope, leadership, and transformation in the hearts of children. As the students left the meeting with smiles on their faces and knowledge in their minds, one thing was clear: they are not just learning—they are becoming.
